Eligibility for Returns

Return Shipping Responsibility

Original shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, clearance fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and order details.
