5. Counter-Notice Procedure (If You Believe There Is No Infringement)
If your content or product listing has been removed or restricted by Redwood in response to an IP complaint and you believe this removal was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal or disabling of the material was a result of mistake or misidentification.

A statement confirming that you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain for resolving any dispute that may arise in connection with this matter.

Your physical or electronic signature.
Redwood will review your counter-notice and may, at its sole discretion and where permissible under applicable law, reinstate or continue to restrict access to the material.
6. Repeat Infringer / Repeat Violator Policy
To protect intellectual property rights and maintain compliance with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain and GCC IP frameworks, Redwood reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

Restrict, suspend, or terminate access to users, suppliers, or partners who repeatedly infringe or are alleged to repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual property rights; and

Remove or refuse to list products, content, or materials that present ongoing or repeated IP risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom of Bahrain:

Redwood shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
