No need to balance on narrow rungs—these step ladders have a large platform to keep you comfortable while you work. They also have a guardrail, so they’re safer than standard step ladders. The platform and steps have a ribbed surface to keep you from slipping. Fold these ladders for storage. The number of steps listed includes the platform.

Fiberglass — Fiberglass ladders are nonconductive, so you can use them for electrical work.

Type IA — Type 1A ladders are tested to hold up to 300 lbs.

Ladder Safety Gates — Enclose the platform with a safety gate for extra security. With rails on all sides, you can work with both hands and reach in any direction. Swing the front of the gate open to step onto the platform, then latch it behind you. When it’s not in use, the gate folds against the ladder. To install, drill holes in the ladder rails and attach the gate with the included hardware.
