Dispute Resolution

This Dispute Resolution Policy outlines how disputes between you and Redwood Industrial Solutions W.L.L. will be handled. It applies to all transactions, purchases, and interactions conducted through our website or business operations.


1. Informal Resolution First

Redwood Industrial Solutions W.L.L. believes in resolving disputes professionally and efficiently. If a dispute, claim, or concern arises in connection with any transaction, product, or service (β€œDispute”), both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

To initiate informal resolution, the party raising the Dispute must provide written notice describing:

  • The nature of the Dispute

  • The relevant order or transaction details

  • The relief or resolution sought

Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the Dispute within 30 days of receipt of such notice.


2. Formal Dispute Resolution

If a Dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions, the parties agree that the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent court proceedings, as permitted under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.


3. Scope of Disputes Covered

This policy applies to all disputes arising from or related to:

  • The purchase or supply of products

  • Business communications or transactions

  • Website use

  • Contractual relationships between Redwood Industrial Solutions W.L.L. and its customers

This policy does not prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.


4. Arbitration or Court Proceedings

Where arbitration is agreed or required:

  • Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis

  • A single neutral arbitrator shall be appointed

  • The venue shall be Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, unless otherwise agreed

  • Proceedings shall be conducted in English

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator or court.


5. No Class or Representative Actions

Disputes must be brought solely on an individual basis.
The parties agree that disputes may not be brought as class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Dispute Resolution Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles.


7. Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
